Christina fell in love with Southeast Asia during her gap year in China. A few years later, she decided to follow her inner voice. She quit her job at an agency, packed her mat and went off to Thailand to take a yoga instructor training course. And suddenly yoga became more than a hobby. It came to be a lifestyle.
Yoga is all about finding harmony in the balance of opposites. Breathing is what causes the movement of energy and what helps the body relax. When we breathe deeply, we can open ourselves to feel more emotion, as well as be more in tune with what’s happening in our bodies.

For me Yoga is
the opportunity to understand my body better, to discover new limits, to accept my body, to feel and appreciate it. It is the opportunity to practice everything you need in life: strength, courage, flexibility, humility, serenity & (self) love. For me yoga is knowing that life is valuable. Understanding that the most important thing happens here and now. The other way to self-knowledge.
