This roadmap will also allow you to measure your progress as you go along, so you can see whether you are on track. Outdoor training sessions are also available on request. Depending on your goals and fitness level, certain pieces of equipment may help you achieve success. You'll find all the equipment you need at the studio. All you need is a water bottle, a towel and a little bit of grit.
