You can expect an energetic full-body workout based on the Pilates method (strength, control & balance). In addition to concentrated strength exercises, we really get the circulation going and effectively train the deep muscles from head to toe. We also take time for extensive stretching. We stretch shortened muscles and ligaments in a wonderful flow. Then you have earned yourself a healthy breakfast. Sunday couldn't start any better.
