The best of both worlds! Effective high intensity training (HIIT) meets calm yoga flows.
Tension and relaxation follow one another in constant alternation - for great fun, optimal fitness and inner peace. The athletic parts: full power, the pulse rises and strength / endurance is required. The flow parts: Inner strength, stability, flexibility in combination with breathing are the focus of the flow parts. Athletic Flow is training for everyone. No matter if you are a newcomer, experienced HIIT professional or yogini. The exercises can be carried out at different levels of difficulty. The intensity in the HIIT part also depends on the speed. You should train within the scope of your own possibilities, but in any case push your to your limits. Through the balancing movements and the calming flow in the yoga part, the pulse is then calmed again in order to draw new strength for the next HIIT unit.

What do you need for this workout?

  • a large Pilates-Towel
  • your own mat if you have one
  • this workout will be done barefoot

Who is it suitable for?

Everyone! No previous experience is required. It goes without saying that you shouldn't be working out with an injury.

Intensity: 

The class is rather intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
