BBP (“Bauch, Beine, Po” in German) Express is a short legs, butt and core workout.
It is just as effective as a full hour session. You might wonder why? Well, it’s simple: there are fewer breaks than in a normal session. Brevity is the key to getting stuff done. In addition to targeted muscle building, the goal of the class is to torch calories, to follow the "Fat burn Friday” motto. This workout, when done regularly, can help get rid of belly fat, tone the thighs and get a great bikini butt, you’ve got Marina’s word!

Who is it suitable for?

Everyone! No previous experience is required. It goes without saying that you shouldn't be working out with an injury.

  • your own mat if you have one
  • we'll do the workout barefoot
