This is a fun, high-energy workout experience that you won’t want to miss!
Diana’s mood-boosting classes, inspired by Zumba®, will bring you to burn some serious calories and get the serotonin flowing. With its pop and rock inspired rhythms and catchy melodies, Diana’s playlists will not only bring a smile to your face, but also help improve your physical fitness level. Don't worry, you'll get the choreographies down very easily, as they are designed to be accessible to all levels. Come and have fun!
 

Who is it suitable for?

Everyone! No previous dance experience is required, but good body coordination is definitively a plus. It goes without saying that you shouldn't be working out with an injury.
