A varied circuit training with and without small devices
Are you looking for a full-body workout that, in addition to effective muscle building, also improves your coordination, endurance and flexibility at the same time? A variety of strengthening exercises in circuit training ensure improved posture, more strength and stability and a toning of the whole body. Exercises to increase flexibility, improve body awareness and relax form the end of the lesson. This course improves the performance and relaxation abilities of your entire body.

What do you need for this workout?

  • a large Pilates-Towel
  • your own mat if you have one
  • this workout will be done barefoot

Who is it suitable for:

Everyone! No previous experience is required. Please contact us in advance if you have any injuries.

Intensity: 

The class is rather intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
