This dumbbell workout concept is designed to build lean muscle for everyday life.
Compound movements are exercises that stimulate all of your major muscle groups, which leads to an increased metabolic output (i.e., increased fat burning) for several hours after your workout. Weights are precisely adjusted to safely exhaust each individual muscle group after the specific numbers of sets and repetitions that have been found to be the most effective for the individual.

Please note that the number of participants is limited to a maximum of 9 so that everyone gets enough attention from Matthias.

Who is it suitable for?

For all those who love intensity training! No previous experience is required. It goes without saying that you shouldn't be working out with an injury.
