Experience deep relaxation with Yin Yoga - in your bed so that you can fall asleep straight away!

Slip into your pajamas, brush your teeth beforehand and make yourself really comfortable on your bed. First we move through a calming flow to shed the tensions of the day and to slow down. With every movement you become more relaxed and concentrate completely on yourself. Christina then guides you through the positions of Yin Yoga. You will remain in the individual postures for between one and five minutes without muscle tension. You let your breath flow freely and feel an effective stretching of the deeper body layers. Yin Yoga helps against subliminal tension and is an important counterbalance for stress and can help very well against back pain. On the psychological level, persevering in the positions for a long time helps to calm down and you learn to accept emerging feelings and achieve inner balance. For 60 minutes you can let go, free yourself from any pressure, let your thoughts go. Be easy. After this Yoga session you will feel deep relaxation, bliss and inner peace and can fall asleep straight away after your Savassana. You will sleep like a baby!

Who is it suitable for?

Everyone! No previous experience is required. Please contact us in advance if you have any injuries.

Intensity:  

The class is very calming and well suited for beginners. After the class you will feel very relaxed. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
