A unique combination of strengthening and stretching exercises that will help you feel energized and relaxed at the same time!
Stretch & Tone Pilates is based on the Pilates method, the art of strength, balance and control. This workout focuses on strengthening the core with exercises that train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability. The flexibility exercises stretch the entire body with special attention paid to the back, the hips and shoulders. Not only is stretching important for flexibility and mobility, it is also critical for natural muscle gain. Some of the exercises are pretty strenuous, but you’ll be surprised at what you can achieve with a little practice!
 

Who is it suitable for?

Everyone! No previous experience is required. It goes without saying that you shouldn't be working out with an injury.
