We start the day with a crisp DEEPWORK session in the large, light-flooded training room. Afterwards you can strengthen yourself in THE BRUNCH CLUB at the rich buffet and relax in the GREFIS Day Spa all day long. The focal point is the heated outdoor pool from which you can enjoy a great view and which is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. You can relax in the Finnish sauna, the Bio sauna and the elegant steam bath. You can also expect a hydro vertical Kneipp course with color effects and a ice fountain. The loungers with a fireplace invite you to read and doze off. In the afternoon there will be another enjoyable Stretch & Tone Session with Marina. You can end the day in the spa and stay as long as you like. Sounds really perfect, doesn't it?
