Julia discovered artistic gymnastics as a child and it quickly became a passion of hers. It is the physical part of yoga that appealed to her at first. She then discovered that the physical practice is only one of the Eight Limbs of Yoga. According to Julia, yoga can be an effective tool to help release tension in the body and mind and gently bring your attention to what is here and now.
