Julia discovered artistic gymnastics as a child and it quickly became a passion of hers. It is the physical part of yoga that appealed to her at first. She then discovered that the physical practice is only one of the Eight Limbs of Yoga. According to Julia, yoga can be an effective tool to help release tension in the body and mind and gently bring your attention to what is here and now. She loves vinyasa yoga and its combination of energizing asanas, breathing exercises, and meditation.
Julia enjoys travelling with her yoga mat. She has practised yoga in many places around the world and honed her practice through a variety of yoga styles. It is by chance that she came across a yoga teacher training in Byron Bay, Australia. That’s where she discovered her great passion for teaching.

FOR me Sport is

a good start into the day. Complete switch-off for head and body, but still feel well exhausted and balanced in the end.

My most beautiful moment

I try to live and shape every day so that it is the most beautiful day. But my time and yoga training in Australia was particularly beautiful and moving. "Create a vision that makes you jump out of bed in the morning"

My dream...

to live by the sea and feel the sand under your feet every day.
