After studying fitness economics, she learned to love yoga while traveling, and completed her yoga training in Sri Lanka. From the purely physical to a holistic focus: body, mind and soul in harmony. With her workouts and coaching she would like to help you to remember your own sunshine, to awaken your own potential and the joy of being and living.
Saholy loves to spend time in nature, whether in the mountains or on the beach, here or on her yoga mat, she refuels. If you can't find her there, then maybe while baking delicious, healthy recipes or with a good book and coffee on the sofa.

I discovered a whole new side of myself at the Bodyworkers: Pilates with Saholy has become my absolute highlight of the week, although I had never been in contact with Yoga or Pilates before and never really liked studio classes. A new world was opened to me and I've even tried other great classes.
