The connective tissue between your muscles (aka fascia) needs training just as much as the muscles themselves. Connective tissue is the material that anchors, supports and stabilizes our internal organs and muscles. Soft, souple and fluid fascia is crucial for moving without pain.
As technology has crept into everyday life and across all activities, it can be hard to make time for regular physical activity. Sedentary lifestyles take a toll of the health of our connective tissue. Fibrotic fascia causes stiffness, pain, and leads to frequent injuries.
This is why fascia conditioning is to be taken seriously. Training with special foam rolls stimulates the release of new collagen, improving elasticity. The pressure placed on the connective tissue leads to an exchange of fluids in the tissue, whereby lymph and other metabolic products are removed. Fascia loves slow, steady, melting pressure that decreases fascia and muscle tone and can even relieve tension. In this class, we also pay extra attention to the spine and strengthening the back muscles, to improve our posture and prevent injuries.

Who is it suitable for?
Everyone! No previous experience is required. Please contact us in advance if you have any injuries.
Intensity:
The class is very calming and well suited for beginners. After the class you will feel very relaxed. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
