BBP (“Bauch, Beine, Po” in German) XPRESS is a short but intense abs, legs, and glutes workout.
Brevity is the soul of wit! We pack a huge number of repetitions into 40 minutes and take only few breaks to get the most out of you and the workout. This way, we achieve the same effects in a shorter time as we would otherwise do in a whole hour. In addition to targeted muscle building from knees to shoulders, the aim is also to burn as much fat as possible. This workout will really get you in shape!

 

Core Burn XPRESS - a short, high-intensity workout for your abs.
Core Burn XPRESS lives up to its name. In this workout, we get your core muscles burning in the shortest possible time. With very effective exercises, we work specifically on the middle of the body - the abdominal muscles - while also focusing on strengthening the opposing muscles on the back of the body. This makes your entire core stronger, which not only has positive visual effects, but also improves your overall stability and posture. If you do it regularly, you will soon notice the results.

 

What do you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel
  • This workout takes places barefoot

Everyone! No previous experience is required.

Intensity: 

The class is rather intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
