Charge your batteries with our Blissful Morning Ritual and start the new week with a positive mindset and in a good mood.
With light movements, breathing and mindfulness exercises and a short meditation for beginners, your Monday starts better. Treat yourself to this 20 minutes me-time and the whole week will be easier for you. Once you've found your center, you won't be so easily upset and you can approach your challenges in a relaxed and good-humoured manner. Be sure to try it.

If you would like to do 30 minutes of "Pilates - Kickstart into the week" immediately afterwards, you are cordially invited to do so free of charge.
