End the day in the best possible way with Tina’s restorative practice!
Christine will guide you through a gentle yoga sequence based on long-hold yin postures. You’ll stay in each posture for several minutes to bring about a calming of the nervous system and deep flexibility throughout all the joints in the body. The aim of this class is to help you to relax very deeply, while gaining flexibility and experiencing a sense of mindfulness and presence in the here and now. As Yin yoga focuses on stretching the connective tissue (aka fascia) responsible for gluing everything inside your body and making it one whole piece, a regular Yin yoga practice can help improve fascia health and reduce your risk of low back pain and injuries. That calm you’ll feel after a yin class is very real: studies have found yin yoga to have a significant impact on lowering stress and anxiety and reducing the risk of depression. Also, it activates your parasympathetic nervous system, which calms your body and slows your heart rate. Tina’s class is the best way to round off your day!

In order not to disturb the relaxation of the other participants, admission is unfortunately not possible after the class has started. Please come on time. Many Thanks.

What do you need for this workout?

  • your own mat if you have one
  • warm socks & jumper
  • this workout will be done barefoot

Who is it suitable for?

Everyone! No previous experience is required. Please contact us in advance if you have any injuries.

Intensity: 

The class is very calming and well suited for beginners. After the class you will feel very relaxed. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
