Experience deep relaxation with Yin Yoga!
We will guide you through the positions of Yin Yoga by candlelight. You stay in each posture for between one and five minutes without tensing your muscles. You let your breath flow freely and feel an effective stretching of the deeper layers of the body, especially the fascia. You stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons very thoroughly and thus achieve greater freedom of movement, more suppleness in the joints and become softer and more flexible overall.
Yin yoga helps to relieve underlying tension and is an important balance for stress. Because your back is always rounded in yin yoga and is taken into account in many exercises, yin yoga can help very well against back pain. On a psychological level, holding the postures for a long time helps you to deepen your self-awareness. With respect for your body, you learn to accept feelings as they arise and achieve self-acceptance and inner peace. For 75 minutes, you can let go, free yourself from any pressure and let your thoughts wander. Just be. After the Yin Yoga session, you will feel deep relaxation, bliss and inner peace. We look forward to seeing you!

Suitable for:

Everyone! No previous experience is required.

Intensity: 

The class is very calming and well suited for beginners. After the class you will feel very relaxed. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
