Let go, move your body gently to music and learn a simple sequence of movements without any pressure to perform.
Classic yoga elements melt sensitively with dancing sequences. Flowing movement sequences and a great playlist release an incredible amount of energy and emotions. You can really lose yourself in the music and the movements. The choreo is learned step by step and Sabrina makes it easy to follow. In the end everything flows... the movement, the sweat and maybe even a tear.

 

What you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel
  • The workout takes place barefoot

suitable for:

Beginners. No previous knowledge necessary.

Intensity: 

The class has a light to medium intensity and is particularly suitable for beginners. Strenuous exercises alternate with gentle mobilization. After the class you will feel light and relaxed. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time where they are needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have any special needs, limitations or injuries.
