A unique combination of strengthening Pilates and stretching Yoga exercises, brought into powerful flows, that will help you feel energized and relaxed at the same time!
Stretch & Tone is based on the Pilates method, the art of strength, balance and control. This workout focuses on strengthening the core with exercises that train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability. The flexibility exercises stretch the entire body with special attention paid to the back, the hips and shoulders. Not only is stretching important for flexibility and mobility, it is also critical for natural muscle gain. Some of the exercises are pretty strenuous, but you’ll be surprised at what you can achieve with a little practice!
What do you need for this workout?
- a large Pilates-Towel
- your own mat if you have one
- this workout will be done barefoot
Who is it suitable for?
Everyone! No previous experience is required. It goes without saying that you shouldn't be working out with an injury.
Intensity:
The class has medium intensity and is suitable for beginners. More intense exercises alternate with gentle mobilization. After the class you will feel light and relaxed. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
