Ice ice bathing - and swimming together in feelings of happiness!

If you regularly bathe in temperatures around freezing point, you not only strengthen your immune system, but also increase your resilience and athletic performance as well as regeneration capacity. As the body reacts to extremely low temperatures by releasing adrenaline and endorphins, ice bathing also gives you a happiness boost.
However, simply jumping in is not the best idea for the untrained. The risk of suffering a cold shock is too great. That's why we guide you, prepare you with breathing exercises and make sure you have the right timing. Afterwards, we'll warm up again together with a hot cup of tea. What's more, the first step into the cool water is much more bearable with us than alone :) So even professionals get their money's worth.

What you need:

  • Warm clothing
  • Beanie & gloves !!!!!
  • Mat for outdoor use
  • Bikini / swim wear (or naked)
  • Towel
  • Closed-toe bathing shoes if possible
  • Reusable cup if possible
