Tina has a huge interest in holistic body work.
After practicing yoga for several years, she did a vinyasa yoga teacher training in Bali in 2015. She then completed a yin yoga teacher training program. Her profile is rounded off by a certification in thai yoga massage.
Tina’s mission is to teach people how to live their journey using the yoga practice and the chakra system. Fascinated with the connection between mind, body and spirit, she explores movement patterns playfully. Her strong sense of empathy enables her to share her experiences and insights with joy and ease. Tina’s yoga classes will have you floating in bliss.

For me, yoga is

a constantly changing, wonderful journey of discovery of my innermost self.

My most beautiful moment

For me, beautiful moments usually come unexpectedly and have at least one of the following characteristics in their luggage: honest emotions, friends, nature, perfect timing, pure love. The evening of my 35th birthday is a wonderful day that I currently look back on with fondness. In a foreign country, with foreign friends, their loving little gestures, the pinkest pink sunset of all time, campfire with incredibly funny moments, canon singing in 4 different languages, surrounded by glowing plankton under the starry sky. Pure bliss!

My Dream

inspiring as many women as possible, to trust their bodies and their thousands of years old knowledge and returning to natural birth. Your body is made for it!

In 20 years' time, you will be more angry about the things you haven't done than about the things you did. So throw the lines and sail away from your safe haven. Catch the wind in your sails. Research. Dream. Discover.
