Yoga is not about touching your toes, it's about what you learn on the way down!
Vinyasa is a creative and dynamic form of yoga that will definitely make you sweat. This yoga style combines breathing and movement into one experience and brings you into the here and now. The focus here is on the perfect alignment of the individual asanas, which are connected in flowing movements. This course is also suitable for inexperienced yoga beginners and is an ideal introduction to your yoga practice. But even experienced yogis will get their money's worth in the enjoyable flows.

 

What you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel
  • This workout takes place barefoot

 

Suitable for:

Basically everyone. Previous knowledge of yoga is of advantage but not necessary.


Intensity: 

The class has a low to medium intensity and is suitable for beginners. More intense exercises alternate with gentle mobilization. After the class you will feel light and relaxed. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
