It's a break from the daily grind, from her studies, and from everything swirling around in her head. Since completing her training in Inside Yoga and Inside Flow, Michelle loves teaching classes synchronized to the beat. The feeling of flowing to the rhythm of modern music through asanas is simply indescribable. She wants to pass on this feeling to her students and show that everyone can flow!
In her classes, you can flow together, sweat, give space to emotions, and return to your everyday life with mindfulness and ease.
