Let the flow carry you!
Inside Flow – Vinyasa on Beat combines fluid yoga movements with music and breath to create a dynamic choreography. The focus is on the transitions: you move and breathe in sync with the music, flowing from one asana to the next – powerful, smooth, and fully present.

This creative yoga format builds strength, flexibility, and body awareness, sharpens your focus, and guides you into a meditative flow state. The music gives the practice depth, heart, and expression – perfect for everyone who loves yoga and wants to truly immerse themselves in the flow.

What you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel
  • The training takes place barefoot

Suitable for:

Some prior yoga experience and a bit of strength is of advantage. You should know the basic asanas and enjoy flowing movement set to music.
Pregnant? Then we recommend our Mama Fitness classes – this one is only partially suitable. The class format doesn’t include targeted guidance. Please only join if you have experience and know how to safely modify the exercises for yourself.

Intensität:

The class has a moderate intensity and the intensity of the poses can mostly be adjusted according to individual abilities. After the class, you will feel light and relaxed. Let your trainer know beforehand if you have any special needs, limitations, or injuries.
