Shake&Tone® isn’t your typical workout – it’s a high-energy dance session that will make you come alive! Here, you sing, shout, laugh, and let go of everything weighing on your mind. Within minutes, you’ll notice: bad mood? Gone! This class lifts your spirits and fills you with pure joy.

The choreography is intentionally easy to follow – perfect for anyone who thinks they “can’t dance.” Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned mover, the only thing that matters is having fun, letting go, and feeling happy!

While you shake it out, you’ll strengthen your entire body, burn a ton of calories, and boost your stamina. The light TOGU™ “Brasil” weights (200g) add targeted resistance to tone your arms and activate your deep muscles.

Shake&Tone® is like a mini therapy session for body and soul – loud, energetic, liberating, and absolutely contagious.

What you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel (you'll be sweating!)
  • Indoor sports shoes

Suitable for:

Everyone! No previous experience is required. It goes without saying that you shouldn't be working out with an injury.
Pregnant? Then we recommend our Mama Fitness classes – this one is only partially suitable. The class format doesn’t include targeted guidance. Please only join if you have experience and know how to safely modify the exercises for yourself.

Intensity: 

The class is intense, but a lot of fun, so you won't even notice how exhausting it is and the time flies. The first time, all the choreographies will be new to you, but you’ll pick them up very quickly. The instructor gives clear guidance while you dance, so you can follow along even on your first class. A love for dancing and a bit of coordination are helpful, but no prior dance experience is needed. The most important thing is to have fun! Don’t worry – everyone had to start somewhere. You’ll be warmly welcomed by the group. Let your instructor know beforehand if you have any special needs, limitations, or injuries.
