Twerking is key! - Through powerful, isolated movements of the hips, pelvis, and booty, you’ll discover just how much control and strength your lower body holds. Twerking isn’t just a hot dance style – it’s also an insanely effective workout for your core, legs, and confidence. Every class will make you feel stronger, bolder, and more connected to your body. And yes – twerking just feels damn good!

Whether you’ve danced before or not – this class is for EVERYONE. Come shake off the stress and soak up the good vibes of the Caribbean!

All. No previous knowledge necessary.
If it's your first time, the choreographies will be new to you – but don't worry, you'll pick them up quickly! The trainer gives clear instructions throughout the class, so you'll be able to follow along even as a beginner. All you need is a love of dancing and a bit of coordination – no dance background required. It’s all about having fun and enjoying the movement! Don’t be shy – everyone starts somewhere. And the group will welcome you with open arms!

Intensity:

The class has a moderate to rather high intensity. Let your trainer know in advance if you have any special needs, limitations or injuries.
