Therefor we have created a very special place where you can shake off your self-doubts through sport. And that you go home with a smile on your face after the challenging classes. That you find the drive to motivate yourself and that you can achieve every goal you set yourself.
Whether you are a curious novice, a balanced yogi, an ambitious amateur jogger or a hardened HIIT professional - after a short time a close community has formed at The Bodyworkers that supports each other.

Our 100 m² training area offers you everything you need for your workout.
A full-length and wall-size mirror is there to help you perfect your posture. The large south-facing windows let in the light all day long and make the room nice and bright.
A broad range of exercise equipment is available in the studio, including yoga mats and bolsters. We provide you with many weight lifting accessories and slides to add variety to the workouts. Those of you who’ve come to the studio praise our homemade yoga mat cleaner made with essential oils. It keeps the mats clean while spreading a wonderful scent in the room.
We keep cool on hot summer days with our air conditioning system. Thanks to our underfloor heating, the room is kept warm in winter so that it remains pleasant to exercise barefoot. The vinyl flooring, specially made for indoor workouts, is moisture resistant while being comfortable and chic :)

Our changing rooms
We have separate changing facilities for men and women. The studio always opens 15 minutes before the first class starts so that you have enough time to slip into your workout clothes. We’d be grateful for you to place your belongings on the shelves to make room for the others. As the studio doesn’t have a shower, you’ll find everything you need to freshen up after your workout, including deodorant and body lotions.

Lavatory
It may "only" be the toilet, but it's certainly one of the coolest and most instagrammable places of the studio :)
Immerse yourself in the rainforest, listen to the wind rustling through the trees and to the birds chirping from the safety of the studio.

Opening Hours
Daily during the course times and by appointment.
The studio opens 15 minutes before the course starts and closes 15 minutes after the course ends.
