A fitness booster, fat burner and fun factor all in one!
Our dance workouts spread joy while burning a lot of calories. Musically, it's not just Latin music; depending on the format, hot Afro-beats await you, or a dazzling mix of everything that contributes to good vibes - from pop to rock to musical songs. The choreography is a bit more complex than Shake & Tone, but here too, perfection doesn't matter; it's all about enjoying yourself. Let yourself be carried away by great beats and even better vibes. All you need is a relaxed attitude and a smile on your face.

 

What you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel
  • Indoor sports shoes

Suitable for:

Everyone! No previous dance experience is required.

Intensity: 

The class has a medium to high intensity. All the choreographies are new to you the first time, but you will learn them very quickly. The trainer gives good instructions during the class, so that you can follow along well the first time. You should have fun dancing and a sense of coordination, but no prior dance knowledge is required. It's all about having fun! Don't be afraid, everyone has to start at some point, you will be warmly welcomed by the group. Let your trainer know in advance if you have any special needs, limitations or injuries.
