Our Dance Workout is pure energy and joy on the dance floor! With a bit of coordination and a love for movement, anyone can join – no prior experience needed.
The choreographies are varied and super fun: each week, our trainers bring their own moves and styles. There’s a huge repertoire, but the songs and choreographies repeat regularly, so over time you’ll feel confident and experience that amazing sense of accomplishment. After a few weeks, you’ll know your favorite moves by heart – and love them!
Musically, we mix it all: from Pop to Latino, Rock to Disney medleys – every song lifts your mood, keeps you moving, and gets your energy flowing. Dance Workout is your weekly highlight: a workout that’s fun, energizing, and keeps you motivated to stay active.

- Water (no glass bottles!)

Suitable for:
Everyone! No previous dance experience required.
Pregnant? Then we recommend our Mama Fitness classes – this one is only partially suitable. The class format doesn’t include targeted guidance. Please only join if you have experience and know how to safely modify the exercises for yourself.
Intensity:
The class has a moderate to rather high intensity. All the choreographies are new to you the first time, but you will learn them very quickly. The trainer gives good instructions during the class, so that you can follow along well the first time. You should have fun dancing and a sense of coordination, but no prior dance knowledge is required. It's all about having fun! Don't be afraid, everyone has to start at some point, you will be warmly welcomed by the group. Let your trainer know in advance if you have any special needs, limitations or injuries.
