HIIT meets YOGA – The Best of Both Worlds
Intense interval training meets powerful Vinyasa flows: In this dynamic format, challenging HIIT rounds alternate with flowing yoga sequences. The HIIT parts get your heart rate up, push your endurance, and give you that extra energy boost. Then it’s time to flow – the yoga segments focus on stability, mobility, and body awareness, all guided by your breath. This contrast is what makes it powerful: After the high-intensity phase, the yoga flow brings you back into balance – physically and mentally – so you can recharge and dive into the next round.
Whether you're a beginner, a HIIT enthusiast, or a seasoned yogi – you set the pace. Train at your own level, with a focus on technique, body awareness, and personal challenge. The goal: work within your limits, but always push yourself to the edge.
What you Need:
- Water (no glass bottles!)
- Towel
- This workout takes place barefoot
Suitable for:
Advanced practitioners – and those who want to get there. This class is designed for participants with a basic level of fitness and some initial experience with yoga poses (asanas). You should be injury-free and enjoy flowing movement and physical challenge.
Not suitable during pregnancy – but our Mama Fitness classes are ready to welcome you with open arms!
Intensity:
The class is rather intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
