HIIT meets YOGA – The Best of Both Worlds

Powerful interval training meets flowing Vinyasa yoga sequences – a workout that challenges your body while recharging your energy.

The HIIT segments skyrocket your heart rate, challenge your muscles, and get you sweating. In between, short yoga flows take over – strong, flowing, and mindful – with a focus on stability, mobility, and body awareness. They help calm your circulation, especially through controlled breathing. After the power phase, you’ll feel how yoga brings you back into balance. This combination is a true cardio kick – demanding, invigorating, and intensely effective.

Whether you’re a HIIT pro, a yoga lover, or a complete beginner, this class is a full-body experience you won’t forget.

What you Need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel (you will be sweating!!)
  • This workout takes place barefoot

Suitable for:

Advanced practitioners – and those who want to get there. This class is designed for participants with a basic level of fitness and some initial experience with yoga poses (asanas). You should be injury-free and enjoy flowing movement and physical challenge.

Not suitable during pregnancy – but our Mama Fitness classes are ready to welcome you with open arms!

Intensity: 

The class is intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
