DEEPWORK is dynamic, powerful, and unlike anything you’ve experienced before. With fast, explosive movements and motivating music, this class challenges you to your maximum. Thanks to smart progressions and modifications, the exercises always adapt to your level — so you’re consistently challenged in exactly the right way.
Expect a dynamic flow between tension and release, explosiveness and control. At times strong and fast, at others calm and stabilizing — it’s precisely this contrast that makes DEEPWORK so effective. Your cardiovascular system is pushed to its limits, your muscles are strengthened holistically, and your mobility and coordination are noticeably improved.
The training is athletic, functional, and demanding. You work with your own body weight, follow clear movement patterns, and let yourself be carried by the rhythm of the music. You will reach your limits — and that’s exactly where real progress begins.
DEEPWORK strengthens not only your body, but also your focus. Through conscious breathing, you’ll learn to better manage intensity, reduce stress, and unlock new energy. You’ll leave the class feeling completely exhausted — and at the same time fully recharged.

Suitable for:
For everyone who loves intense workouts! This is a dynamic workout with jumps, designed for participants with fitness experience who want to challenge their strength and endurance even further. You should have good stamina and be injury-free. Not suitable for anyone with back or knee issues!
Not suitable during pregnancy – but our Mama Fitness classes are ready to welcome you with open arms!
