Your Power Workout — Cardio Meets Pilates

HIT meets Pilates is a combination of classic Pilates and explosive HIT exercises. Expect an intense, dynamic full-body workout that will make you fitter than ever before! Get ready for challenging moves, plenty of jumps, and explosive sequences — a true power workout that boosts your cardiovascular system, makes you break a serious sweat, and sets your muscles on fire from head to core to the tips of your toes.

And then it comes: the legendary PLANK TIME.

At the end of every Cardio Pilates class, it’s time to hold on, grow, and amaze yourself. Three rounds of two minutes — six minutes of plank that demand everything you’ve got. Sounds crazy? Maybe. But it’s also effective, motivating, and measurable. Because this is where you’ll see your progress week after week and discover just how strong you really are. With every week, you’ll hold the plank longer — first with modifications, eventually without. And the first time you make it through the full two minutes, you’ll feel incredibly proud — and we’ll celebrate that moment with you!

We promise: your body awareness and posture will improve noticeably.



What you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel
  • This workout takes places barefoot

Suitable for:

Everyone who loves an intense workout! This is a dynamic class with lots of jumping and is designed for participants with some fitness experience who want to challenge their strength and endurance even further. You should be in good physical condition and injury-free.

Not suitable during pregnancy – but our Mama Fitness classes are ready to welcome you with open arms!

Intensity: 

The class is intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
