Cardio Pilates is an intense, dynamic full-body workout that will get you fitter than ever before. You can expect challenging exercises, plenty of jumps, and explosive sequences – a true power workout that gets your heart pumping and makes every muscle from your head to your core down to your little toe burn.

And then it’s time for the legendary PLANK TIME.

At the end of every Cardio Pilates class, it's all about holding on, pushing through, and surprising yourself. Three rounds of two minutes – six minutes of planking that push you to your limits. Sounds crazy? Maybe. But it’s also incredibly effective, motivating, and measurable. This is where you’ll see just how strong you’re becoming.
Week by week, you’ll hold the plank a little longer – first with modifications, then without. And when you finally hit the full two minutes unmodified, you'll be so proud of yourself – and we’ll celebrate that milestone together!

Until then, it’s all about practice, persistence, and progress.
And trust us: one day, you’ll fall in love with Plank Time.

What you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel
  • This workout takes places barefoot

Suitable for:

Everyone who loves an intense workout! This is a dynamic class with lots of jumping and is designed for participants with some fitness experience who want to challenge their strength and endurance even further. You should be in good physical condition and injury-free.

Not suitable during pregnancy – but our Mama Fitness classes are ready to welcome you with open arms!

Intensity: 

The class is intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
