An explosive HIIT workout that not only reaches your limits, but downright shatters them!
This energy-charged training combines dynamic and sweat-inducing cardio exercises at the highest level with challenging strength exercises to get your cardiovascular system properly fired up. But that's just the beginning: Under the fluorescent black light and with war paint, you'll dive into a world of intensity and determination that puts you and your fellow warriors into a true battle mode.
Our Warrior Workout is legendary for its effectiveness under extreme conditions - a real adrenaline rush for body and mind. But be warned: Only the bravest survive here. Injury-free and equipped with a solid foundation of fitness, you'll get the most out of this workout.
And with each session, you'll not only increase your fitness, but also unleash a wave of happiness that will send you on an euphoric high!

The training takes place barefoot. If you want to train with indoor sports shoes, you MUST bring your own mat.

What you need:

  • Towel
  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Sportwear in neon colors
  • Own mat if necessary (see above)

suitable for:

Anyone who loves intensive workouts. No prior knowledge required. You should be fit and strong and be injury-free. Not suitable during pregnancy.

Intensity:

The course is very intense and for those who want to really push themselves. Let your trainer know in advance if you have any special needs, limitations or injuries.
