We train using your own bodyweight – smart, controlled, and always in motion. The focus is on functional movements that strengthen your muscle chains, improve your stability, and get you sweating. Running and interval elements take your conditioning to the next level – and kick your inner slacker to the curb.

Suitable for:
All those who love intense workouts. You should have good endurance and be injury-free.
Not suitable during pregnancy – but our Mama Fitness classes are already excited to welcome you!
Intensity:
The classes are intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
