With fresh air and open space all around, we train outdoors in all conditions—whether sunshine, wind, rain, or snow. This workout is made for everyone who loves outdoor training and refuses to let anything hold them back. Short, explosive strength intervals alternate with motivating running phases, firing up your cardiovascular system and strengthening legs, core, and mindset alike. Every drop of sweat is earned, every sprint moves you forward.

All those who love intense workouts. You should have good endurance and be injury-free.
Not suitable during pregnancy – but our Mama Fitness classes are already excited to welcome you!
Intensity:
The classes are intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
