With Outdoor HIIT & Run by The Bodyworkers, you experience training in its purest form: outdoors, intense, and full of energy. Powerful HIIT intervals blend with dynamic running segments to create a workout that challenges your entire body and takes your endurance to the next level. With fresh air and open space all around, we train outdoors in all conditions—whether sunshine, wind, rain, or snow. This workout is made for everyone who loves outdoor training and refuses to let anything hold them back. Short, explosive strength intervals alternate with motivating running phases, firing up your cardiovascular system and strengthening legs, core, and mindset alike. Every drop of sweat is earned, every sprint moves you forward.

Outdoor HIIT & Run stands for team spirit, energy, and that unbeatable feeling of having given it your all outside. Lace up your running shoes, clear your head, and push your limits together.

What you need:

  • Your own mat if you need one
  • Outdoor running shoes
  • Water
  • Valuables must be worn on the body


Suitable for:

All those who love intense workouts. You should have good endurance and be injury-free.
Not suitable during pregnancy – but our Mama Fitness classes are already excited to welcome you!

Intensity: 

The classes are intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.

Meeting point: Theresienwiese, at the bottom of the steps in front of the Bavaria statue (Coordinates: 48°07'50.3"N 11°32'46.8"E)

 

Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts. Be on time, as the actual training spot might differ from the meeting point.
The class takes place in any weather – really!

Even if the alarm clock rings early, at the latest after the HIIT the Day with Luisa you are really awake and ready for the day, great varied workout! After a day's work at Matthias's Hit & Run, thanks to great motivation, you manage to give your all again. Keep up the good work, even in winter outside.

My legs are on fire :-D Yesterday I was with Coach Matthias at Outdoor HIIT. Great exercises and also always a "simpler" variant, so that you can keep up as a newcomer! There was a great mixed group at the start and the outdoor location is a real hit. Can recommend the training to everyone.
