Ready to push your limits with functional bodyweight training!
If you're looking for full-body workouts that not only strengthen your muscles but also improve your endurance and coordination, you've come to the right place. We train outdoors, in all weather conditions, using our own body weight.
Our outdoor workouts are offered for various fitness levels and cater to different fitness goals: In Outdoor Functional HIIT, the emphasis is on exercises that strengthen functional muscle chains and stabilize your joints. In Outdoor HIIT & Run, you'll also be challenged with various running intensities to boost your endurance. Depending on your fitness level, you can opt for HIIT & Run or HIIT & Run Advanced. Overall, the exercises can be tailored to your individual needs, and we always provide alternatives where needed, so you can give it your all!

  • Your own mat if you need one
  • Outdoor running shoes
  • Water
  • Valuables must be worn on the body


Suitable for:

All those who love intense workouts. You should have good endurance and be injury-free.

Intensity: 

The classes are intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.

Even if the alarm clock rings early, at the latest after the HIIT the Day with Luisa you are really awake and ready for the day, great varied workout! After a day's work at Matthias's Hit & Run, thanks to great motivation, you manage to give your all again. Keep up the good work, even in winter outside.

My legs are on fire :-D Yesterday I was with Coach Matthias at Outdoor HIIT. Great exercises and also always a "simpler" variant, so that you can keep up as a newcomer! There was a great mixed group at the start and the outdoor location is a real hit. Can recommend the training to everyone.
