At the core of our program are the most effective barbell exercises — squats, lifts, curls, and presses — that strengthen and define your entire body. These compound movements engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously, maximizing muscle growth and long-term strength gains.
The training is structured, progressive, and tailored to your individual level — whether you’re an ambitious beginner or an experienced lifter.
We train in small groups, focusing on precision and technique rather than speed or rhythm. This means for you:

Your Coach: Matthias
Matthias is an experienced strength and muscle-building coach. With his trained eye for technique, clear program structure, and motivating approach, he ensures you train safely, efficiently, and effectively with perfect form.
What you need:
- Water (no glass bottles!)
- Towel
- Indoor sports shoes
Suitable for:
All. No previous experience is required. It goes without saying that you shouldn't be working out with an injury.
Pregnant? Then we recommend our Mama Fitness classes – this one is only partially suitable. The class format doesn’t include targeted guidance. Please only join if you have experience and know how to safely modify the exercises for yourself.
Intensity:
The class is intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
