Your wellness workout for a strong back and supple connective tissue – release, realign, feel good.
Give your back a break from everyday stress! In this gentle fascia training, we use the fascia roll (Blackroll) to release tension, improve mobility, and bring more lightness to your body. The focus is on the back, but other areas also benefit: trigger points are addressed, tightness and stiffness are eased, and your posture is improved – all without strain, but with plenty of mindfulness and relaxation.
Training with the fascia roll also helps prevent muscle soreness, making it an ideal complement to more intense workouts.
Gentle movements, targeted breathing cues, and mindful awareness make this workout the perfect break for body and mind. Afterwards, you’ll feel aligned, relaxed, and completely refreshed.
This class may be supported by your health insurance! Certified by the Central Prevention Checkpoint (Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention – ZPP), your health insurance can cover up to 100% of the course fee. Twice a year, a full 10-session course series may be subsidized: Important information about the process!
What you need:
- @home: A fascial roll and fascia ball
- Water (no glass bottles!)
- This workout takes place barefoot
Suitable For:
Everyone! No previous experience is required.
Pregnant? Then we recommend our Mama Fitness classes – this one is only partially suitable. The class format doesn’t include targeted guidance. Please only join if you have experience and know how to safely modify the exercises for yourself.
Intensity:
The class is very calming and well suited for beginners. After the class you will feel very relaxed. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
