Our functional classes make you sweat, strengthen you from within, and improve your body awareness, coordination, and movement control. Depending on the format, you’ll train in a circuit setting or on the mat – always functional, effective, and always at your level.

HIIT Circle – Build up your level
High energy, full body, no limits. Our HIIT Circle is an intense full-body workout combining powerful functional moves with cardio intervals. Yes – it is challenging. But you don’t need to be “super fit” to join. Here you can build up your level step by step. With suitable options, we truly meet everyone where they are – from “I’ll just try this” to “this is my limit."

You improve:

  • Cardio fitness & endurance
  • Strength & explosiveness
  • Body awareness under pressure

With every session, you grow a little beyond yourself.


🧘 LIIT Circle – Strong Foundation, smart Progression

Low-impact, but anything but “easy.” LIIT is your strength-based interval training with a focus on controlled, functional movement and clean technique. No jumping, well-structured loading, and a strong focus on improving muscular and joint adaptation. We train from beginner to advanced level and progressively build toward more complex movement patterns.

  • Functional endurance
  • Body awareness & movement control

A smart training method for anyone who wants to get stronger in a sustainable way.

💪 Strength Circle – Build real Power

This is about real strength. In our Strength Circle, you train with higher loads and clear progression. The focus is not “light toning,” but structured muscle building and measurable strength development.

  • Maximum strength
  • Muscle growth (hypertrophy)
  • Stability & control under heavy load

Focused, intense, and effective – for everyone who wants to get stronger.

 

🔥 Strength & Sculpt – Shape & Define (Mat)
This is about shape, tension, and control. Strength & Sculpt is a dynamic mat workout focused on body definition and muscular tension through flowing, functional sequences.

You improve:

  • Muscle definition & strength endurance
  • Core stability
  • Body control & posture

You leave the class with burning muscles – and a strong, clearly activated body feeling.


✨ The Concept behind it

Whatever format you choose: You train functionally, with scalable intensity, and a strong focus on strength, endurance, and body awareness. You decide how you train – we provide the framework.

What you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel
  • Circle: Indoor sports shoes

suitable for:

Everyone! No previous experience is required. Please contact us in advance if you have any injuries.
Not suitable during pregnancy – but our Mama Fitness classes are ready to welcome you with open arms!

Intensity: 

The class is intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.

Your health insurance will cover the course fees for our Functional classes!

This class is supported by your health insurance! Certified by the Central Prevention Checkpoint (Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention – ZPP), your health insurance can cover up to 100% of the course fee. Twice a year, a full 10-session course series may be subsidized.
