Functional HIIT – Two Workouts, One Goal: Boost Your Power & Energy!

Jump in – whether on the mat or in the circuit, all Functional HIIT sessions are full-body workouts that mix cardio and strength training. No matter if you’re just starting out or already a fitness pro, everyone can join and find the right level for themselves. You choose how hard you want to push – beginners get a gentle entry, and advanced participants can go full throttle.

💪 Functional HIIT on the Mat
Sweat it out with heart-pumping cardio intervals combined with bodyweight-strength exercises – no equipment needed! Focus on endurance, build strength, improve coordination and mobility, and feel your energy skyrocket from the very first session.

💪 Functional HIIT Circuit
Dynamic stations using versatile equipment primarily challenge your strength and stability. Short cardio bursts add extra sweat, while you push your limits together as a team. Posture, mobility, and body control are specifically enhanced – and the group energy makes the workout especially powerful. The circuit format keeps things varied and engaging, helping you grow stronger step by step – physically and mentally.

💪 Functional STRENGTH Circuit
The Strength Circle is all about intensive muscle building. At varied stations with versatile equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, and more, you train your strength in a focused, controlled, and effective way. The emphasis is on stability, proper technique, and real power. Through structured work phases, you strengthen your entire body, build lean muscle, and develop noticeable strength for everyday life and sports.

No matter which session you pick, you’ll leave with more energy, more strength, and a big dose of motivation

What you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel
  • Sundays: Indoor sports shoes

Everyone! No previous experience is required. Please contact us in advance if you have any injuries.
Not suitable during pregnancy – but our Mama Fitness classes are ready to welcome you with open arms!

Intensity: 

The class is intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.

Your health insurance will cover the course fees for our Functional HIIT  classes!

This class is supported by your health insurance! Certified by the Central Prevention Checkpoint (Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention – ZPP), your health insurance can cover up to 100% of the course fee. Twice a year, a full 10-session course series may be subsidized.
