Circuit Training – versatile, effective, motivating.
Choose your circuit training: varied exercises on the mat without equipment – or with stations and diverse gear.

Both full-body workouts combine functional exercises that improve your muscle strength, coordination, endurance, and mobility. The varied exercises help you improve your posture, increase stability, and shape and strengthen your entire body. By training all major muscle groups, you not only build muscle but also enhance your balance and body control – giving you more mobility and reducing the risk of injury in everyday life.

Many attend this class regularly. Together, you motivate each other, work on your goals, and support one another. This creates a focused and enjoyable training atmosphere with high effectiveness. The training perfectly rounds off your day and gives you a lasting feeling of strength and energy.

This class may be supported by your health insurance! Certified by the Central Prevention Checkpoint (Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention – ZPP), your health insurance can cover up to 100% of the course fee. Twice a year, a full 10-session course series may be subsidized: Important information about the process!

What you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel
  • Sundays: Indoor sports shoes

Everyone! No previous experience is required. Please contact us in advance if you have any injuries.
Not suitable during pregnancy – but our Mama Fitness classes are ready to welcome you with open arms!

Intensity: 

The class is intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
