Where Strength Emerges from Mobility.
Stretch & Tone guides you step by step into positions you might never have thought your body could achieve. The class combines targeted strengthening with deep stretching — sometimes flowing, sometimes held consciously — always with the goal of safely introducing you to complex stretches and sustainably improving your mobility.
The focus is on areas that often get neglected: legs, hips, back, and shoulders. Inspired by Pilates and yoga exercises, we release stuck tension, stretch and strengthen fascia, ligaments, and tendons — while also activating your deep muscles. You’ll quickly notice how much strength can come from slow, mindful work — and how good it feels when your body suddenly gains more space.
Stretch & Tone is perfect for anyone who wants to move through life more flexible, upright, and stronger — without pressure, but with noticeable progress.
This class may be supported by your health insurance! Certified by the Central Prevention Checkpoint (Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention – ZPP), your health insurance can cover up to 100% of the course fee. Twice a year, a full 10-session course series may be subsidized: Important information about the process!

Everyone! No previous experience is required.
Pregnant? Then we recommend our Mama Fitness classes – this one is only partially suitable. The class format doesn’t include targeted guidance. Please only join if you have experience and know how to safely modify the exercises for yourself.
Intensity:
The class has a moderate intensity and is suitable for beginners. More intense stretch-exercises alternate with gentle mobilization. After the class you will feel light and relaxed., We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
