A unique mix of stretching and strengthening.
The special thing about Stretch & Tone is that strength and stretching come together at the same time. Exercises from Pilates and yoga are combined to create powerful flows and ensure very intensive stretching and therefore loosening of the so often shortened ligaments, tendons, and fasciae, especially in the legs, hips and shoulders. Stretch & Tone is a workout based on the Pilates method (strength, control, stretching, and balance), which also effectively trains and defines your deep muscles. This class also incorporates elements of yoga to challenge your flexibility.
You will be amazed at how demanding stretching can be and what is possible with a little practice - afterwards you will feel both strengthened and relaxed.
Your health insurance pays the class fee! This class is certified by the Central Prevention Testing Center (ZPP). Your health insurance company subsidizes a whole series of 10 classess twice a year: Important information about the process!

- Water (no glass bottles!)

Everyone! No previous experience is required.
Intensity:
The class has low to medium intensity and is suitable for beginners. More intense stretch-exercises alternate with gentle mobilization. After the class you will feel light and relaxed., We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
