Movement reimagined – step by step unlocking more freedom.

We guide you gradually into positions you may never have thought your body could achieve. Alongside targeted strengthening and deep stretching, this class is also about exploration: trying new stretches, discovering movements, and seeing what your body is capable of. Sometimes flowing, sometimes held with intention – always with the goal of safely guiding you through more complex stretches and improving your mobility sustainably.

The focus is on areas that are often neglected: legs, hips, back, and shoulders. Inspired by Pilates and Yoga, we release tension, strengthen fascia, ligaments, and tendons, and activate the deep muscles. You’ll quickly notice how much power is in slow, mindful work – and how liberating it feels when your body suddenly gains more space.

Stretch & Restore – Mobility for Beginners is the perfect starting point for anyone who wants to give their body more space, calm, and mobility. This course focuses on gentle stretching, mobilization, and mindful relaxation. The goal is to release tension, make the body more supple, and allow the nervous system to settle. The sessions are intentionally calm and are especially suitable for beginners, as well as anyone looking for a restorative, regenerative, and an easy access to your mobility.

Stretch & Tone – Mobility Lab is ideal for those who are curious to experiment and want to push the limits of their mobility. This advanced mobility course is for anyone who refuses to accept that the body naturally stiffens over time. We work intensively on mobility, joint freedom, and controlled strength – so your body not only feels good today but will continue to support you in the future. The focus is on staying flexible, building trust in your body, and creating the foundation for living independently, strong, and free well into later years. Challenging, mindful, and honest – for people committed to investing in their body for the long term.

suitable for:

Everyone! No previous experience is required.
Pregnant? Then we recommend our Mama Fitness classes – this one is only partially suitable. The class format doesn’t include targeted guidance. Please only join if you have experience and know how to safely modify the exercises for yourself.

Intensity: 

The class has a moderate intensity and is suitable for beginners. More intense stretch-exercises alternate with gentle mobilization. After the class you will feel light and relaxed., We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.

This class is supported by your health insurance! Certified by the Central Prevention Checkpoint (Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention – ZPP), your health insurance can cover up to 100% of the course fee. Twice a year, a full 10-session course series may be subsidized.
