Yin Yoga – Deep relaxation that goes beneath the surface.

Get cozy – surrounded by candlelight, in a calm, grounding atmosphere, with everything you need to truly let go. In your Yin Yoga session, it’s all about slowing down. You’ll stay in each pose for several minutes, fully relaxed, with no muscle tension. Your breath flows freely, your body softens, and you gently reach into the deeper layers of connective tissue – especially fascia, ligaments, and tendons – creating space, ease, and mobility in your entire body.
Yin Yoga works – both physically and mentally. You’ll feel tension melt away, your nervous system slow down, and a deep sense of calm take over. This class is especially powerful if you’re feeling stressed or dealing with back tightness. And there’s more: through the long holds, you meet yourself on a deeper level – without pressure, without performance. Just you – exactly as you are.

75 minutes just for you. To breathe, feel, and let go. And afterwards? You'll return to your everyday life feeling softer, lighter, and more grounded.

To avoid disturbing other participants’ relaxation, late entry is unfortunately not allowed once the class has started. Please arrive on time. Thank you for your understanding.

What You need:

  • Towel
  • Warm socks & sweater
  • This workout takes place barefoot

Suitable for:

Everyone! No previous experience is required.

Intensity: 

The class is very calming and well suited for beginners. After the class you will feel very relaxed. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
