Slow Down for Body & Mind
Make yourself comfortable. In the warm glow of candlelight, in a calm and protected atmosphere, you are invited to simply arrive – with yourself. In your Yin Yoga class, everything becomes still. You remain passively in each pose for several minutes, without muscle tension, without pressure. Your breath flows naturally and steadily, your body softens. In this way, you gently reach the deeper layers of tissue – especially fascia, ligaments, and tendons – creating more mobility, lightness, and space within your body.

Yin Yoga works on every level. Physically, tension begins to release, the nervous system slows down, and your back feels freer. Mentally, clarity arises. With each posture, you come closer to yourself. Especially during stressful times, this class can feel like a reset – calming, balancing, and restorative.

Emotionally, too, something begins to shift. In the long, mindful holds, you meet yourself without performance pressure. No expectations. No comparison. Just you, your breath, and the present moment.

75 minutes just for you. To breathe. To feel. To let go. And afterwards, you return to your day feeling softer, clearer, and deeply relaxed.

To avoid disturbing other participants’ relaxation, late entry is unfortunately not allowed once the class has started. Please arrive on time. Thank you for your understanding.

Suitable for:

Everyone! No previous experience is required.

Intensity: 

The class is very calming and well suited for beginners. After the class you will feel very relaxed. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
