This class offers you a little oasis amid the bustle of everyday life: Let go of what feels heavy and dive into the deep, restorative calm of Yoga Nidra – the state between wakefulness and sleep. After a gentle introduction, your body and mind are free to release tension, leaving you feeling relaxed and unburdened as you return to the world.

Whether as a short midday reset or to unwind in the evening before bed, this practice provides a retreat for more calm, clarity, and renewed lightness. Here, everything can become still. True regeneration happens here – a space for creativity, inner balance, and simply being.

 

What You need For the Livestream:

  • A quiet space
  • Blanket & thick cushion
  • Comfortable clothing / sweater / socks
  • Optional: pajamas & sleep mask

Suitable for:

Everyone! No previous experience is required.

Intensity:  

The class is very calming. After the class you will feel very relaxed. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
