Short on time but still want a complete, effective workout? In this short and powerful session, we sculpt your abs, legs & glutes in one efficient training.
Expect intense exercises, high repetitions, minimal breaks — and maximum results. The focus is on building muscle and strengthening and toning your body.
You’ll experience a varied workout that really sets your abs, legs, and glutes on fire — but you only have to push through for short bursts before moving on to the next exercise. That’s what makes the intensity manageable: it’s tough, but over in no time.
Thanks to its compact format, this class is also perfect for beginners — 40 minutes is absolutely doable, and incredibly effective.
On Saturday evenings, we even offer a special XPRESS format focused entirely on the core region. A true Core Burn inferno! 🔥🔥🔥
What you need:
- Water (no glass bottles!)
- Towel
- This workout takes places barefoot

Everyone! No previous experience is required.
Not suitable during pregnancy – but our Mama Fitness classes are ready to welcome you with open arms!
Intensity:
The class is rather intense, most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
