Get in, go hard, feel strong.

What you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel
  • This workout takes places barefoot

suitable for:

Everyone! No previous experience is required.
Not suitable during pregnancy – but our Mama Fitness classes are ready to welcome you with open arms!

Intensity:

The class is rather intense, most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
