LIIT – High Energy, Low Impact
Knees, back, or wrists giving you trouble sometimes? We hear it all the time – and that’s why we created an effective, high-energy, powerful yet joint-friendly workout just for you. LIIT stands for Low Impact Interval Training and is designed to get your whole body moving, burn calories, and strengthen muscles – without jumps, without straining your wrists, and without unnecessary stress on knees or back.

LIIT is anything but “low intensity”!
It gets your heart pumping, challenges your muscles, and makes you sweat. The difference? We train smart and joint-friendly – for sustainable fitness that’s fun and safe.

Whether you want to get in shape, prevent injuries, or simply enjoy an effective workout without strain, LIIT gives you a feel-good training experience: challenging enough to feel the intensity, but gentle enough for your joints to love it.

LIIT XPRESS
Our cardio-focused format emphasizes heart health and fat burning. Dynamic intervals get you moving, boost your endurance, and make your heart race – without ever feeling overwhelming. A cozy cardio experience where you always feel comfortable and supported.

💪 LIIT Circle
Our strength-focused format centers on functional exercises that build muscle, improve posture, and enhance stability. Joint-friendly, mindful, and controlled movements help you develop strength – giving you more energy and a strong, confident body for everyday life. We use a variety of equipment, including TRX bands, weights, balls, and more.

No matter which format you choose, LIIT is your path to more power without overload – gentle, safe, and highly effective.

 

What you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel
  • For the circle: indoor sports-shoes


Suitable for:

Everyone! No previous experience required.
Not suitable during pregnancy – but our Mama Fitness classes are ready to welcome you with open arms!

INTensity:

The class is moderate to rather intense, most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
