Finally, a workout that makes you sweat—without the jumps. That’s LIIT – Low Impact Interval Training! What makes LIIT so special is its gentle approach on joints and your cardiovascular system. You’ll train strength and endurance in the ideal aerobic zone for fat burning – without pushing yourself to the limit.
This workout is not only effective, but also safe and stress-free. A truly unique cozy cardio experience with moderate intensity that gets your heart rate up while keeping you feeling good all the way through.

Choose your format: Go for a dynamic cardio-focused session or a powerful strength circuit – both offer a feel-good, motivating workout you’ll actually look forward to.

What you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel
  • This workout takes places barefoot


Suitable for:

Everyone! No previous experience required.
Not suitable during pregnancy – but our Mama Fitness classes are ready to welcome you with open arms!

INTensity:

The class is moderate to rather intense, most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
