LIIT – High Energy, Low Impact

Do your knees, back, or wrists sometimes struggle to keep up? We hear this all the time, which is why we've developed an effective, energetic, and powerful workout that is also gentle on your joints. LIIT stands for Low Impact Interval Training and is designed just for you!

You'll get an intense interval workout that activates your entire body, burns calories, and builds strength—without jumping, without putting pressure on your wrists, and without unnecessary stress on your knees or back.

LIIT is anything but low intensity!

It gets your heart rate up, challenges your muscles, and will definitely make you sweat. The difference? We train smart, safely, and with joint-friendly movements for long-term fitness that feels good and works.

Whether you're looking to get back into shape, prevent injuries, or simply want an effective workout without excessive strain, LIIT offers a feel-good training experience that you'll definitely feel—but your joints will thank you for. LIIT is your workout for more power without overload: gentle, safe, and highly effective.

 

What you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel
  • The training takes place barefoot

Suitable for:

Everyone. No previous experience required.
Not suitable during pregnancy—but our Mama Fitness classes are already looking forward to welcoming you!

InteNSITY: 

This class is moderate to fairly intense, but all exercises can be adapted to your individual fitness level. We're always happy to offer alternative options whenever needed. Please let your trainer know before class if you have any injuries, limitations, or specific needs.
