Our cardio format focuses on heart health and fat burning. Varied intervals get you moving, boost your endurance and let your heart beat faster – without pushing you to exhaustion. A cozy cardio experience where you feel comfortable and supported at all times.

Our strength-format is based on functional low-impact exercises strengthen your muscles, improve posture and enhance stability. Performed gently and with control, you’ll build strength safely – for more energy, resilience and a stronger body in everyday life.
Whichever format you choose, LIIT is your way to gain power without overload – gentle, safe and highly effective.

- For the circle: indoor sports-shoes
Suitable for:
Everyone! No previous experience required.
Not suitable during pregnancy – but our Mama Fitness classes are ready to welcome you with open arms!
INTensity:
The class is moderate to rather intense, most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
