In Core & Back Yoga, we focus on building a strong, stable core and bringing your back back into balance. Expect powerful flows, functional core exercises, and smart mobility work for the spine, shoulders, and hips. Dynamic, effective, and always mindful.

We work deep—not just on the surface. The deep abdominal and back muscles are activated, your posture improves noticeably, and you develop real stability from the inside out.

SUITABLE FOR

Everyone. No prior experience needed.
Pregnant? We recommend our Mama Fitness courses—this class is only partially suitable. The concept does not include special pregnancy guidance, so only participate if you have experience and know how to modify exercises safely.

INTENSITY:

The course has moderate intensity, and most poses can be adjusted to your abilities. After the class, you’ll feel light and relaxed. Let your instructor know in advance if you have any special needs, limitations, or injuries.
