During this beginner-friendly modern workshop we will dance and move together to a nice mix of silky covers & singer songwriter music. After a short full body dance warm up, we work on our basic skills like body control, coordination, and basic steps - followed by a moving choreography! Step by step we are going to build up the choreo together, so it will be easy to follow along for everyone. Finishing with a short cooldown and stretch. 90 minutes of fun, sweat, rhythm, and dance.

  • No shoes, but socks!
  • Water bottle
  • Small towel
