Yoga Nidra is a practice in which you enter a deep state of relaxation. You release yourself from stress and hectic pace to experience peace, serenity and inner joy. It is an invitation to open your senses to what is essential, to experience the beauty of the moment and to enjoy life in its fullness.
We lie in a comfortable position. and you will receive gentle instructions that will guide you through different areas of your body. As you direct your attention, the mind begins to drift away from external distractions and you enter the theta state, a deep state of relaxation.
In this intermediate world between wakefulness and sleep, creativity, intuition and imagination are encouraged. This is the moment you have access to your subconscious where profound transformation can take place. You can get inspiration and clarity on questions that concern you.
Yoga Nidra is a wonderful way to revitalize your body and mind and increase your well-being.

information / Message from your Trainer Miriam:

Yoga Nidra will help you fall asleep faster and guide you into deep states of sleep. Beginning with a body scan you will allow your mind and body to wind down from the day and leave everything behind that is keeping you from falling asleep by focusing on your physical body. This practice will guide you through your energy layers and leave you in a state of safety and relaxation to find deep rest. May this practice deeply serve you!

Suitable for:

Everyone! No previous experience is required.

Intensity:  

The class is very calming and well suited for beginners. After the class you will feel very relaxed. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
