In the event of a general travel ban due to Corona: free rebooking
If the trip cannot be started for private reasons (e.g. in the event of illness, ordered quarantine, unvaccinated when the 2G rule comes into force), this is the responsibility of the participant. We therefore urgently recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
3. Point accounts
Participation in a course lesson can be made against validation on a point card. For participation in a course unit, a point is deducted from the digital point card. The costs for the point cards are listed on the homepage. The point cards can be used for all classes of the current timetable. The livestream-only point cards can be used for livestreams only.
The validity of the point cards is limited in time and can be seen in your personal account. After the validity has expired, The Bodyworkers is no longer obliged to accept credits from unused hours. The validity of point cards can be extended on request.
Flatrates are booked for a fixed period and do not extend automatically. Studio spots can be booked subject to availability, the possession of a flatrate does not represent a privilege, we therefore recommend booking studio classes in good time.
When booking studio spots with a flatrate and no-show without cancellation within 12 hours, we issue a warning. From the 2nd time we charge a penalty fee of € 15.00 each. The account will be blocked until this penalty fee has been paid and no further bookings will be possible during this period. The flatrate will not be extended by this period.
The partial or full exchange of point cards is excluded. Credit for unused hours will not be reimbursed, but can be transferred to another person.

In the event of accidents and their consequences as well as property damage and theft, the owners of The Bodyworkers, the staff and the teachers are only liable for their own grossly negligent and willful behavior; beyond that, only within the framework of accident and liability insurance. Further claims are excluded.
