2. Conclusion of contract and cancellation conditions

2.1. Conclusion of contract

Registration is required for all courses, retreats & events in our program. The booking is binding once the registration has been reconfirmed by The Bodyworkers.

In the event of a late cancellation/no-show, we take the liberty of charging the following cancellation fees:

3. Course booking

3.1. Class pass cards & subscriptions

Participation in a course can be done by validating a credit on a digital class pass card or a subscription. For participation in a course unit, one credit is deducted from the quota. The costs for class pass cards and subscriptions are listed on the homepage. The class pass cards and subscriptions can be used for all lessons in the current timetable. The livestream only points cards can only be used for livestreams. Studio places can be booked subject to availability, having a class pass card or a subscription is not a privilege, we therefore recommend booking studio courses in good time. The validity of the class pass cards can be seen in your personal account. Once the validity period has expired, The Bodyworkers is no longer obliged to accept credit for unused hours.

3.2. Late cancellations and no-shows

You are required to forgo your spot if you are unable to attend. Our cancellation deadlines apply. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the following rules apply:

Points card/subscription: The credit used expires
Flat rate: one-time warning. From the second time onwards, we charge a penalty fee of €10.00 for no-shows and €5 for late cancellations.

3.3. Waiting list

If a course is already fully booked, a place on the waiting list can be booked. When you book a place on the waiting list, one credit is blocked. If a place becomes available, you will be moved up automatically and will be informed immediately by email. It is possible to move up at very short notice, so you are obliged to cancel your place on the waiting list as soon as it is no longer possible to travel/participate. When canceling from the waiting list, no cancellation deadlines apply; the credit will be credited again. If you don't move forward, the credit will also be credited again.

4. Payment

We only offer digital payment options. The payment options Paypal, EC card, credit card and ApplePay are available to you to purchase our points cards and products in the studio.

Our subscriptions are collected by direct debit. The payment service provider goCardless charges a fee of €5.80 for failed debits.

100% advance payment is required for all events, retreats and studio rentals. You will receive an invoice from us, which you can pay by bank transfer within 14 days, but at the latest by the date of the event.

Cash payment is not possible.

5. Exchange/Refund

In principle no refunds will be made. If you cancel in a timely manner, the products will be credited for a new booking. Our cancellation conditions apply. The partial or complete return of products is excluded. Credit for unused products will not be refunded but may be transferred to another person.

6. Validity of vouchers, points cards, etc.

All value cards such as vouchers, points cards, etc. are valid for 3 years by law.

7. Liability in the event of accidents, property damage, theft

In the event of accidents and their consequences as well as property damage and theft, the owners of The Bodyworkers, the staff and the teachers are only liable for their own grossly negligent and intentional behavior; beyond this, only within the framework of accident and liability insurance. Further claims are excluded.

We offer our hours as health promotion and health prevention. Participation in classes represents a self-responsible path to health. Participation in the training takes place at your own risk. The trainer must be informed of injuries, illnesses and pregnancy before the lesson. The trainer's instructions must always be followed.

8. Behavior in the studio

  • The training area may only be entered with clean indoor sports shoes, barefoot or socks.
  • The studio, especially the equipment, the toilet and changing room, must be treated with care. Willful damage and theft will be reported.
  • We treat all people with respect, regardless of their origin, skin color, religion or gender. We expect the same from you. Disrespectful or unfriendly behavior will be punished with a ban from the house.
