Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days when booking via the Distance Selling Act (e.g., online booking or email). This period begins upon conclusion of the contract.

According to Section 312g, Paragraph 2, No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal if the contract concerns the provision of services related to leisure activities (e.g., courses, events, retreats, workshops, seminars, training courses, etc.) and stipulates a specific date or period. By booking, the customer confirms that they have been informed of the exclusion of the right of withdrawal and accepts it.

In addition, the following cancellation conditions apply without exception:

• 91+ days: 25% of the total price
• 15-90 days: 50% of the total price
• 0-14 days: 100% of the total price

If participation is not possible (e.g., due to illness), this is the participant's responsibility. We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Whether or not the spot can be filled has no impact on the applicable cancellation conditions.

The standard price is per person for a double room. If you would like to share a double room, this is only possible if you have a companion. Each person registers independently and specifies the companion in the room option.

It is possible to stay alone in a single room for an additional charge. Price information is displayed on the registration form.

Triple and quadruple rooms are also available upon request.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to register for a double room alone. You can request to be placed on the waiting list for a shared room via email. We will then connect you. However, the waiting list does not guarantee you a spot.

You will receive a partial invoice from The Bodyworkers Events via email, which must be paid by bank transfer within 14 days, but no later than the event date. Cash payments are not accepted.

You will receive two additional partial invoices directly from the hotel. You will receive two payment links via Email, which must be paid in advance by PayPal, Direct Debit or Credit Card.
