Three days full of fitness, wellness and relaxation
Every day there is a varied mix of Pilates, yoga and meditation. You do what you enjoy. Depending on the time of day and your mood, we will make the courses relaxed or powerful. When meditating, we give you time and space to free your mind, give your thoughts love and recharge your batteries. Otherwise, you can enjoy a restful sleep in the comfortable beds, feast extensively, read a book, relax in the sauna, treat yourself to a massage, enjoy nature or take a trip to the Salzburg Fortress. In the evening you can look forward to an incredibly delicious 5-course menu of your choice, with which vegan and vegetarian palates are also indulged. All dishes are freshly and lovingly prepared for us from regional and seasonal products. Everything is taken care of so that you can really switch off once - 3 whole days without stress, without compulsion, full of relaxation and recreation!

From Munich it is 140 km to the pleasure village Gmachl. Approx. 1.5 hours drive by car. If you are interested in a car pool, we will be happy to connect you! The Salzburg airport and train station are only a few kilometers away from the hotel.
