This holistic session combines conscious breathwork with a deeply relaxing sound bath – for more balance, inner clarity, and connection to your body.
We begin with activating breathing techniques to clear the mind, mobilize energy, and enhance body awareness. The breathwork creates space for presence and can initiate emotional release and movement. As the session unfolds, we gently transition into calming breath patterns that guide the nervous system into a “rest & digest” state – grounding, restorative, and deeply relaxing.
We close with a nourishing sound bath filled with soft sounds, vibrations, and frequencies. Your entire body is invited to let go, integrate, and sink into a state of deep rest and spaciousness.
