A few years ago, Giulia decided to follow her passion for sports, and since then, she has been a fitness trainer and yoga instructor with heart and soul. Her journey began as a journey of self-discovery, which led her to transform her passion into a vocation. As an experienced and qualified yoga instructor and group fitness trainer, she is committed not only to promoting the physical fitness of her students but also to instilling a deep appreciation for self-awareness and body acceptance.
Giulia is more than just a teacher; she is a passionate advocate of a holistic lifestyle that encompasses body, mind, and soul. In her classes, she emphasizes not only physical practice but also the development of a positive and mindful relationship with oneself. For her, yoga and fitness are not just physical activities but a path to self-realization and inner balance.
