The physyolates® training concept combines the best of sports-physiotherapy, Yoga and Pilates. The varied training consisting of strengthening, mobility and balance exercises with a focus on the deep and stabilizing muscles. The exercises are carried out in the flow of breathing, which also offers a beneficial relaxation for the mind. physyolates® is mindful and at the same time powerful and demanding - without overstraining. This makes physyolates® a suitable training concept for everyone.
What do you need for this workout?
- a large Pilates-Towel
- your own mat if you have one
- this workout will be done barefoot
Who is it suitable for?
Everyone! No previous experience is required.
Intensity:
The class has medium intensity and is suitable for beginners. More intense exercises alternate with gentle mobilization. After the class you will feel light and relaxed. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
